Our  e-mail  system  cannot  be  used  for  spam  or  sending  of mass
unsolicited emails. It contains special features trapping any user who
attempts  to  mass  mail from our servers. We block 98-99% of all spam
both  outgoing  and  incoming  from  us.  Our  system  is  useless for
spammers.

EMAIL MESSAGE NOT FROM ACTIVATORMAIL.COM:

Even  if the user is shown as using an activatormail.com email address
it is likely NOT from our system. 99.9% of the spam reports we receive
are  for  spam  that does not even originate on our system. If you are
reporting  spam  and if you trace-route the true origin of this header
of the email message, it was not from our system and this user account
does  not  even exist here. It is common for spammers to forge or fake
this  e-mail  header  information  to attempt to mask or hide the real
origin of the spam. We have noticed many of them using our name and we
feel  this is likely because they do not like us very much and because
our  system  is  associated by most with effectively eliminating virus
and spam e-mails completely. If you need to trace route an originating
IP   shown   in   the   email   header,   we   recommend   you   visit
http://www.dnsstuff.com  The  'NetGeo IP Lookup' feature can even show
you what country the e-mail was sent from if you enter the originating
IP.  If  you  use  our  mail  system, this information is added to the
hidden email header information on every email.

If  you received notice that a virus was detected in an e-mail message
sent  to  you  or from you, this notification is always sent to you so
you  will  know the offending sender or that your system or network is
infected and you may then take appropriate action.

MISSING FILE ATTACHMENTS: 

If  attachments  wee  not  received  when  e-mail was sent through our
servers,  then  check your Outlook settings. New versions of Microsoft
Outlook  can  remove  file attachments from messages by default. We do
not remove attachments at all.
